During Melting Chemical Composition is Controlled by using Raw Materials whose chemistry is already checked. However it is again assured by checking the melt with spectrometer which gives results with in twenty seconds with an accuracy of 0.01 basing on SPECTROMETER values necessary alloy additions are made before making casting.

» Machining

Cylinder Liners and Sleeves are machined in our well equipped plant having special purpose indigenous and imported machines like Grinders, heavy lathe machines, CNC machine, Vertical boring machine & hydraulic honing machines, which ensures the highest quality standards improving engine life and fuel efficiency.

» Accuracy in checking

On line inspection of Cylinder Liners and Sleeves is also carried out with sophisticated Electronic gauging equipments ensuring dimensional accuracies, for a high performance oriented product. Moreover we have an added advantage of Human resource which are with the company since last two decades.

» Quality Control

Paragon Engineering is equipped with extensive facilities for material development, computer aided stress analysis to predict high stress areas and distortion of cylinders liners under dynamically loaded conditions to enable design and material optimization. Scanning electron microscope is used in the development of cylinder liner bore topography to minimize oil consumption and control wear. Highly qualified and experienced engineers support the whole research and development work.

» Export Packing

Every Cylinder Liners and Sleeves are carefully cleaned with Kerosene. After it is dried it is dipped into a special rust-stop oil which provides resistance against corrosion and also ensures long durability of the Liners. The same is warped in a plastic sheet.

The Liners are then packed in to a corrugated sheet, and then in-to a 5 ply sheet carton (box), specially prepared according to the size and the set of the liners.

Cylinder Liners meant for international market are packed in special corrugated cartons which eliminates chances of breakage in transit. They are chemically treated to protect them from rusting due to hazardous environmental condition during transit.

The carton used are the best quality amongst the one locally used. For example a single empty box for a set of one cylinder liners weight around about 300 grams.

The same is packed in to a master cartoon which consist of 8 to 16 such cartoons, depending upon the clients request.
